Anytime our CNG Support Group deploys a new system we have remote access to critical applications (if you elect for a CNG extended warranty policy). This allows us for quicker diagnosis and problem resolution, quicker replacements, quicker troubleshooting, and quicker remote assistance for general questions.


The CNG Support Group monitors and maintains your switches remotely nationwide and resolves 99% of tickets remotely. In case that you do require a site visit, the CNG support group will open a ticket and resolve the issue onsite.


CNG SNMP telephone monitoring is available upon request. This allows even more access to items on your network and when errors pop up the CNG Support group will be notified. The CNG support center will dispatch an internal support agent to immediately resolve issues.
